Scott Barcz serves the group as a Licensed Real Estate Professional. He has quickly climbed the ladder of Real Estate success by becoming Skogman Realty's Newcomer of the Year and Office Sales leader in 2008. Scott's strong negotiation skills and result oriented attitude help him to achieve the best results for each client. He will listen and guide you through the home buying process to assure you the best results.
Ella Frazier
Ella Frazier serves the group as a Buyer Specialist and Transaction Manager. She is responsible for assisting our clients through all of the pre-closing activities such as inspections, contingency releases and the final walk-through. Her positive attitude and attention to detail helps her to make this process seamless for each client. As our Buyer Specialist, Ella works hard to find each of our clients properties which fit their criteria, and assists them in the negotiation of the purchase of their new home.
Melissa Muszynski
Melissa Muszynski serves as our Marketing Director and Licensed Real Estate Assistant. She is responsible for creating all marketing materials for our clients homes as well as our website, monthly newsletters, promotional mailings and print advertising. As a licensed Real Estate Assistant, Melissa also assists both Scott and Ella in listing and buying transactions as well as any needs clients may have.
