Scott Barcz
Scott Barcz leads the group with four years of real estate experience. Whether it's building a new home or finding an existing one, Scott makes it a point to know the local market inside and out. As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Scott will negotiate the best possible price for a home in the area without losing touch with what matters most for you and your family. Scott has enjoyed 2 consecutive years as the Skogman Hiawatha Office leader (2008, 2009) and ranks in the top 5% of real estate agents in the area. He lives in the Robins area with his wife Andrea and their 3 daughters.
Melissa Muszynski
Melissa Muszynski is the Licensed Real Estate Assistant and Marketing Director for the Group. She is responsible for creating all marketing materials for our clients homes as well as our website, monthly newsletters, promotional mailings and print advertising. Melissa was licensed as a Realtor in 2009 and serves as Scott's Licensed Assistant as well, coordinating the transaction process thru closing for both buyers and sellers.
